Moving on...

We made it through this week! It was a bit sporadic towards the end, because of getting ready for the yard sale. But we did get everything accomplished. Next week will be a bit trying too, as we will be getting ready to head out on our first vacation of the summer, actually our only one of the summer:) But it should be a good one!

Something I've been checking into lately is notebooking/lapbooking. Here are a couple links with information about both, This is one for lapbooking and this is one for notebooking. They are kind of similar, but yet different. I remember reading about them a little before we started homeschooling, but I didn't check into them that much, but now I am. I think they would be a great way for the little one to show the knowledge she has gained from the units we study, plus they would allow her to use her love for all things crafty! So I am trying to figure out which one would work best for her, and then see about trying to implement it into what we are already doing. This is another reason I love homeschooling. There are so many different ways to do the same thing and you don't have to stick with just one way of educating.
